 Our villa which was completed at the end of August 1999 is situated on the new Lake Berkley Resort which is on the highway 192 just behind Medieval Times. This site was chosen because it is a superb location being only minutes away from all major attractions. After its completion we spent a lot of time and patience choosing the decor for the interior to ensure you can relax in the utmost comfort.
The villa is supported by an enthusiastic and friendly local management team who actually live within walking distance of the villa. They are there to ensure your holiday runs smoothly. They can assist you with any special arrangements you may need including welcome food hampers and transportation to and from the airport should you not wish to hire a car immediately There is a house keeping service between lets, however additional cleaning can be arranged during lets, the cost of which will depend on the frequency of cleaning.

The interior of the villa is made up of 2 levels, a comprising the main living area and bedrooms ,the upstairs comprising additional bedrooms and bathroom, whilst the exterior of the villa has large gardens laid to lawn with numerous palm shrubs which are automatically irrigated nightly. To the rear of the property is is a large swimming pool and hot tub spa. |
