The villa was a home away from home it has everything you need and more. Great to get to wallmart for shopping and in a quiet and peaceful area and gated community. Watching the wildlife on the lake behind the villa each morning with a coffee getting ready for the day ahead was an absolute joy. Plenty of places to eat near by if you want to go out but we mostly cooked and ate at home and made the most of the wonderful pool after busy days at the theme parks. We were a large part of 10 but the villa easily accommodated us and the kitchen has no shortage of cutlery, plates etc. it was spotless when we arrived and it was easy to find. Booking and communication was excellent both before, during and after our holiday and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely book again.

We stayed here over Christmas 2019, our second stay in this villa, and enjoyed every minute. We were amazed to find the villa beautifully decorated for Christmas, a touch we were not expecting.Terry and Pat even left us presents and a card, again a very nice gesture from people we've never met. The villa was certainly a home from home, it's in a brilliant location and has everything you could need. The pool and spa are fantastic, and a good spot to watch the local wildlife. You are really close to Walmart and a short drive from the theme parks. Don’t hesitate in booking with Terry and Pat, they are a joy to deal with, as are their Management company who we met a couple of times, and proved most helpful. We would recommend this villa to everyone for a fab family holiday.

We’ve been here for 15 days and just loved it. Everything is spotless. You can see the owner treats it like home. Beds in the bedrooms are comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Breakfast outside in the morning sun is lovely. Spotted an otter in the lake and a curious deer just outside the trees behind the lake. We ordered pool heating which made the pool more enjoyable. Great resort close to everything. Walmart around the corner. It was nice and quiet near the villa. Owner is a pleasure to deal with. I definitely will come back soon.

Wonderful family holiday, beautiful villa Lovely villa, spotlessly clean with all amenities available for a perfect family holiday. Good location for Disney parks, shops and restaurants. All correspondence with owners prompt and friendly, with security deposit returned day after arriving home. Wouldn’t hesitate to return
